Wemara Returns & Refund Policy

Effective in Australia only

At Wemara, we want you to love what you purchase. Our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while aligning with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


1. Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return is requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • You contact us at info@wemara.com.au to arrange the return and receive the correct return shipping address.
  • You present a valid Wemara register receipt, online tax invoice, or other proof of purchase.
  • The item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • The product has not been used, damaged, or tampered with in any way.

Note: Change of mind returns are not eligible if the above criteria are not met. Wemara reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds in such cases.


2. Other Returns

We accept returns and offer an exchange, refund, or repair under the following circumstances:

  • The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
  • The product is significantly different from the description or display.
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
  • The product is unsafe.

To process the return:

  • You must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
  • Wemara may investigate the issue before a decision is made.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Important: Wemara reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods. If the product is deemed ineligible, the return may be refused.


3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

a. Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@wemara.com.au. You may be required to send photos of the product and packaging to assist in a quick resolution.

b. Successful Returns

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item is in original, unopened, unused condition.
  • The return includes valid proof of purchase.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after verification for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Online Orders & Returns

We take great care when packing, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact info@wemara.com.au immediately.
  • Provide photos if requested for assessment.
  • For returns under Australian Consumer Law, our team will arrange collection and return to our warehouse for evaluation.
